I am an independent analyst, consultant, and researcher working at the intersection of media, technology, and data.
I spent nine years at IAMT, the global trade association for broadcast and media technology, where as Head of Knowledge I led content strategy and industry intelligence, establishing the organisation as a thought leader in the sector through an approach that combined actionable analysis with storytelling.
Over the past decade, I have collaborated with media companies, membership associations, and technology businesses to help them make better sense of the world around them. Today, my work spans three core areas: research, data analytics, and content creation.
I am passionate about finding the stories hidden within data and exploring the evolving relationship between creativity and technology across the media landscape. I also write Sense the Frame, a Substack newsletter that uses data to make sense of what is happening in the world of media, technology, and storytelling.
I hold a BSc in Economics and Management from the University of Pisa, an MSc in Business Economics from Durham and Swansea, and an MSc in Data Analytics from the University of Glasgow.
I approach every project with the discipline of an analyst and the curiosity of a cinephile, always looking to combine insight and narrative in ways that create real impact for organizations.
If any of this maps to what you are working on, I would be glad to hear about it.
